BeLive offers a 14-day money back guarantee. Items are eligible for a refund if they are returned within 14 days of receipt, or if the items are defective.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Certain items may be final sale or non-returnable. These will be clearly marked at the time of purchase.

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 14 days with photos and your order number.

RETURN SHIPPING

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
